Motivated by his drive to see individuals reach their full potential, Rev. Dr. Derron Strickland holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior; a Master of Science in School Counseling and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Dr. Strickland’s education and background initially led him into the classroom where he has served as a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) program developer and facilitator, taught undergraduate Psychology and graduate Clinical Mental Health Education. Dr. Strickland has also worked as a Psychiatric Assessor, Experiential Group Counselor, Senior Public Service Administrator in Permanency, a National Guard in Illinois Air, North Dakota Air Reserve, and Texas Air Reserve as a Law Enforcement Specialist. Currently, he serves as an Executive Director in the Social Services sector and is a contributing author in the Sage Encyclopedia of Multicultural Counseling, Social Justice, and Advocacy (2023). Dr. Strickland is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated, Rho Gamma Gamma chapter where he serves as the chapter’s Chaplain.

Mr. Griffin is the founder and CEO of both the AGB Institute and Unconquerable Security Solutions. He holds a Masters in Public Administration and is regarded as a thought leader and expert in security and risk mitigation. John Griffin Jr. has extensive experience in high-level security prevention and investigations with over 21 years of local and national experience. Mr. Griffin was trained by the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and United States Secret Service in computer forensics. He is a certified forensic expert witness and collaborates with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. An integral part of his work includes creating jobs and for the underemployed and opportunities for marginalized youth.

Ms. Hill holds an MBA and is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA). She currently serves as the VP of Finance and Accounting for a prominent commercial real estate equity firm. Keishee is deeply passionate about serving underserved communities, leveraging her expertise to drive positive change and ensure proper financial stewardship.

Destry Wilborn, a detective of the Chicago Police Department for over 27 years. This experience on the front lines of one of the most dangerous cities instilled in him a passion to help at risk youth and impoverished families. Participation in the late Dr. Myles Munroe’s Mentorship Program, congealed his purpose and help birth the creation of Men of Purpose, A journey to Self-Discovery where he serves as the Founder and CEO. Mr. Wilborn was also a wrestling coach in the Chicago Public Schools system for ten years. During his tenure as a coach, he mentored over 300 primary and secondary boys, most of which had absent fathers. He devoted his time to becoming a father to these fatherless boys. Destry was effective in transforming coaching into mentorship, mentorship into discipleship and discipleship into leadership.

Celeste Calhoun Johnson holds a Master's of Science and Law from Northwestern University and has built a formidable career in the regulatory field. Her over 18-year tenure as a corporate professional, currently leading a high-performing team at Living Proof, where her strategic insights and leadership are integral to the company’s achievements. Celeste is a devoted and protective mother to her teenage son. Her deepest passion is to create a world where he and all children can thrive, becoming their most authentic selves in an environment that celebrates and accepts them. Her unwavering dedication to this vision fuels her every action, making her a beacon of hope and inspiration within the community.
